About the destination
Photoshoots in Lyon
Lyon photoshoots run through Vieux Lyon and along the two rivers, with the Fourvière basilica above the city.
Your photographer meets you at Place des Jacobins and works through the Renaissance quarter — the traboules, the ochre façades, the quays of the Saône.
The terrace at Notre-Dame de Fourvière gives you the whole city behind you and is best in the late afternoon. Vieux Lyon's narrow streets hold even light all day, which makes Lyon one of the easier cities to shoot in poor weather. December brings the Fête des Lumières and the city is lit for four nights.
