Picster for travel companies
Sell your guests the one souvenir they keep
Photography experiences for your guests, from portrait sessions to private productions. We arrange the shoot, edit the work and deliver the gallery.
Who we work with
Brands that have already run this
Photography commissioned across multiple markets through our corporate team, coordinated centrally and delivered to a single brief.
Destination photography supporting route and campaign work, produced in the cities the airline flies to rather than shipped in from a studio.
Guest photography at properties in the Emirates, with photographers briefed on the property and meeting points set at the hotel.
The difference, in one paragraph
Your guest sees the photographs before the feeling wears off
Every other photography partner delivers in around forty-eight hours. For a port call or a short stay that means the gallery lands after your guest has gone home and the holiday has ended.
Partner bookings go to the front of our editing queue. Our editing operation runs around the clock, so a morning shoot can be edited and live the same evening — while your guest is still with you and still delighted.
That is the difference between a photograph they look at once and an experience they talk about for the rest of the trip.
Choose your operation
Same terms everywhere. Different fit.
Every commercial model is open to every partner. What changes is how bookings reach us and what your guest sees.

Not one product — a range your guests self-select across
Partners who offer only the entry session leave most of the revenue on the table. The guests who want a production will buy one.
The standard session
Thirty minutes at a location the guest chooses, twenty edited photographs, delivered in forty-eight hours. A genuinely accessible price point and the easiest first yes you will ever offer.
Longer portrait and family sessions
Sixty to ninety minutes with larger edited sets. Where most families and groups land once they have seen the options side by side.
The Ultimate package
Ninety minutes, a full edited set and a short film of the day. Our most-requested premium product and the one that moves an average booking value properly.
Proposals, anniversaries, honeymoons
A photographer in position before the guest arrives, briefed on the plan. Higher value, far higher emotional weight, and the single most reviewed thing we do.
Private productions
A private gondola on the Grand Canal with a second boat for the photographer. Flying-dress shoots on a caldera edge. Destination-specific productions your competitors cannot source.
Commercials
Two ways to make money from it
Both models are available to every partner, and plenty run one for packaged trips and the other for ad-hoc bookings. Examples below use our Ultimate package.
Commission
You promote at our published price, we bill the guest, and you earn on every completed booking. Nothing to administer and no exposure to refunds.
Rates rise with committed volume. Signature productions carry the same percentage on a considerably larger number.
Net rate
We give you a net price, you set retail and keep the whole difference. We invoice the net amount monthly and never see what you charged.
Useful when the shoot is bundled into a package and you control the positioning entirely.
Illustrative. Commission rates and net prices are agreed per partner and per destination and improve with volume.
How you book
Three ways in, and you can change your mind later
Most partners start on the first and move down as volume grows. Terms are identical whichever you choose — integration is never a condition of a better rate.
Send us a line and we'll do the rest
Guest name, date, city and a time window. Our team enters it, allocates a photographer and sends back a confirmation carrying your own reference. No systems work at all.
Your team books it themselves
A log-in for your concierges or reservations team. Live availability, instant confirmation, every booking and statement visible. Built for people who book occasionally and shouldn't need training.
Your system talks to ours
Discuss availability, integration scope and a test environment with our team. Shoots appear in your flow as any other ancillary would.
What you're actually buying
The five things we'd want to be judged on
A range, not a single product
From an accessible entry session through to private productions. Guests self-select, and the ones who want something considerable will buy it — which is where the average booking value actually comes from.
Priority editing on partner work
Your bookings go to the front of the queue. Forty-eight hours as standard, same day where the destination allows — because our editing operation runs around the clock rather than nine to five.
Your brand, not ours
Booking page and gallery can carry your logo, your colours and your domain. Your guest need never see our name. You keep the relationship and you keep the data.
Depth you can actually book against
500 photographers across 128 cities. When your first choice is unavailable there is a second and a third, briefed the same way, held to the same standard.
An operation behind it, not a directory
Allocation runs on photographer score — delivery record, reviews, reshoot rate — not on who was cheapest or asked first. There's a named manager and an escalation route, not a support inbox.
Before you ask
The questions we always get
Do we have to integrate anything?
No. Most partners start by email and never move. Terms are identical either way.
Can we set our own prices?
Yes — the net-rate model is open to every partner, not just operators. You price it, you keep the difference.
How much notice do you need?
Twenty-four hours in established cities, seventy-two elsewhere. For cruise itineraries we'd rather hold capacity a season ahead.
Who speaks to the guest?
Whichever you prefer. We can run everything under your brand, or stay invisible and hand you the gallery link to deliver yourself.
What happens when the weather turns?
Free cancellation, and we'll always offer to move the shoot before cancelling it. Skipped ports and itinerary changes are never charged.
When and how do we pay?
One invoice a month covering completed shoots, your booking reference on every line, thirty days. Nothing upfront, no minimum volume.
What about guest data?
We ask only for what the photographer needs, and contact details release to them twenty-four hours before the shoot and not before. Full DPA on request.
We're small — is this still for us?
If you're an individual advisor or concierge, our affiliate programme fits better: a personal code, a discount for your guest, commission to you, no integration.
