Picster for hotels & resorts
The experience your concierge can sell in sixty seconds
A photography experience for your guests, with local photographers and meeting points arranged around your property.
Why you haven't done this already
Most hotels have tried a photographer arrangement
And quietly let it lapse. Usually for one of these reasons.
“We had a photographer we liked. Then he moved, got busy, or stopped answering.”
You are not dependent on one person. There are 500 photographers across 128 cities, allocated by score rather than by who picks up. If your regular is unavailable the next-best one is briefed on your property and the guest never knows there was a question.
No single point of failure“The concierge desk hasn't got time to coordinate a photographer, a guest and a sunset.”
They send a name, a date and a time. That is the whole job. Allocation, briefing, confirmation, the guest's instructions, reshoots and any complaint are ours. They hear about it again only when the guest tells them it was the best part of the stay.
One screen, or one email“If the photographs are poor it is our name on the complaint, not the photographer's.”
Every photographer carries a live score built from delivery record, customer reviews and reshoot rate, and work is allocated on it. You get a named account manager and a direct escalation route rather than a shared inbox. And if a shoot genuinely goes wrong, we reshoot it — that is our cost, not yours.
Reshoot at our cost, always“Guests have phones. Nobody pays for photographs on holiday any more.”
They pay when it is the right moment. A proposal, a tenth anniversary, three generations in one place for the first time — these are not phone moments, and a phone held at arm’s length does not do them justice. The range runs from a short session to a full production with a film of the day, so the desk can read the guest rather than push one price.
Sessions through to full productions“Commission on a handful of bookings a month isn't worth the paperwork.”
There is no paperwork. One statement a month, every booking carrying your own reference, nothing to pay upfront, no minimum volume. And because the range runs well above an entry session, a handful of bookings a month is a more serious number than you are assuming.
One invoice · thirty daysWhat it's worth
It only needs a fraction of a per cent
Hotels consistently underestimate this because they think in terms of the concierge desk rather than in terms of occupancy.
What could this look like for you?
Adjust the assumptions to explore an illustrative estimate.
An illustration, not a quote or a revenue guarantee. Attach rate is the share of eligible guests or bookings buying photography. Average booking value is an assumption, not a package price. Availability, commercial terms and delivery options are agreed with each partner.
How it actually goes
A Tuesday, and a man who has been carrying a ring for four days
One guest, start to finish. Every step is a real part of the system rather than a description of one.
He asks whether anyone could take a photograph
He is proposing on the terrace at sunset and had not thought beyond that. Your concierge opens one screen, picks tonight, picks the terrace, and reads him back the price. Sixty seconds, no phone calls, no “let me find out and come back to you”.
A photographer is assigned and confirms
Elena has shot eleven proposals at your property and knows which end of the terrace the light leaves last. She confirms inside the hour. Your concierge sees it on the same screen and tells him it's arranged when he passes at lunchtime.
She has no idea
Elena is in position twenty minutes early, out of sight, lens already set, briefed on the signal. He walks her out, does the thing, and the first frame is the half-second her face changes. Then twenty minutes of the two of them, newly engaged and still shaking.
The gallery is already there
Partner shoots are prioritised in our editing queue, so it is ready before they come down. They spend breakfast going through it, send three to both sets of parents, and tell every member of your staff they pass.
The review
They write about the terrace, the photographer and your concierge by name. You did not pay for that, and you cannot buy it.
Built for you specifically
What we set up for a property
Your lobby as the meeting point
Every booking at your property defaults to a meeting point you choose, with a photograph of the spot sent to the guest. No “where exactly are you?” texts at sunset.
Photographers briefed on the property
Where they may shoot, where they may not, which spots hold light and whose permission is needed for the roof. Written once with your team and attached to every booking at your address.
Occasion products, not just sessions
Proposals with a concealed photographer, family and anniversary sessions, honeymoon shoots, and our Ultimate package with a short film of the day. Your desk sells an occasion, not a photography package.
Concierge access without training
A single screen with live availability and instant confirmation. Designed for someone who books it twice a month and should not need a manual either time.
Your brand on the gallery
Booking page and gallery under your logo, colours and domain. The guest's photographs live somewhere that looks like your hotel, not like a photography company.
Start a conversation
Try it at one property
Most groups start with a single hotel for a season, see what the guest feedback looks like, and widen from there. We would rather you did that than sign for an estate.
