Picster for DMCs & agencies
One supplier, one contract, every destination you handle
Coordinate photography across the destinations you handle, with one team to discuss coverage, rates and delivery.
Why you haven't done this already
You already have photographers. That's rather the problem.
Most DMCs have a list. The list is the issue, not the absence of one.
“We have a different photographer in every city, and a different conversation every time.”
One agreement covers all of them. Same rates, same terms, same cancellation policy, same invoice. Adding a destination is not a negotiation — if we cover the city, it is already on your contract. Removing a photographer who stopped answering is our problem rather than a gap in your coverage.
One contract · 128 cities“Quality is wildly inconsistent, and we only find out when the client complains.”
Five hundred photographers, each carrying a live score from delivery record, customer reviews and reshoot rate, with work allocated on it rather than on availability. You see the same standard in Marrakech as in Milan because the allocation rule is the same in both. If a shoot genuinely misses, we reshoot at our cost.
Allocation by score, everywhere“Reconciling fourteen small invoices in six currencies costs more than the margin.”
One statement a month, in one currency, with your own booking reference on every line. Thirty days. Your finance team reconciles one document instead of fourteen, and your account manager can explain any line on it within the hour.
One invoice · your references“Our client is a tour operator. If the photography is poor, they blame us.”
We work entirely behind you. Booking page, confirmation and gallery can carry your branding or your client's — we never appear. And there is a named person to call, not a form, when something needs fixing in the next two hours rather than the next two days.
White-label · named escalation“A multi-city itinerary means coordinating three photographers across three time zones.”
You send the itinerary once. Each city is scheduled in its own local time, each photographer briefed separately, and the whole trip appears as one set of bookings under one reference. You do not touch any part of the coordination.
One itinerary, one referenceWhat it's worth
Margin, and the hours you get back
For a DMC the time saved usually outweighs the commission. Both are below.
What could this look like for you?
Adjust the assumptions to explore an illustrative estimate.
An illustration, not a quote or a revenue guarantee. Attach rate is the share of eligible guests or bookings buying photography. Average booking value is an assumption, not a package price. Availability, commercial terms and delivery options are agreed with each partner.
How it actually goes
Three cities, eleven days, one reference
A tailor-made Italy trip for a client of yours. Here is what you do, and what you don't.
Four emails, three photographers, two currencies
Find someone in Florence. Find someone in Venice. Discover your Rome contact has gone quiet. Agree three different prices, three different cancellation terms and three different payment methods. Brief each one separately. Chase the Venice gallery for a week.
Send the itinerary once
Florence on the fourth, Venice on the seventh, Rome on the tenth. Client name, your own reference, a note that she uses a wheelchair and that Rome should be the Colosseum exterior rather than inside. That is the whole task.
Three photographers assigned, each in local time
Allocation runs per city on photographer score. Each is briefed on the access note and the location preference. You get one confirmation covering the trip, with your reference on it.
Three cities, one standard
Same meeting-point photograph sent to the client each time. Same forty-eight-hour promise. Same quality bar, because the same allocation rule chose all three.
Galleries arrive while she is still travelling
Florence lands before she reaches Venice. She shares it with her family mid-trip and tells you so. The last gallery arrives before she flies home rather than a fortnight after.
One line per shoot on one statement
Three lines, your reference against each, one currency, thirty days. Your finance team reconciles a single document rather than three small invoices from three countries.
Built for you specifically
What a DMC agreement includes
Every city on one contract
If we operate there, it is already in scope. New destinations are added without renegotiation, and we will tell you honestly where our photographer coverage is thin rather than letting you sell into it.
Multi-city itineraries as one object
Send a trip, not a series of bookings. Each leg scheduled in its own local time, all of it under your single reference, one confirmation back.
Completely invisible, if you want
Booking page, confirmation and gallery under your branding or your client's. We are a supplier, not a brand standing between you and the people who pay you.
A named person, not a form
One account manager who knows your itineraries, reachable when something needs solving in the next two hours. Escalation is a phone number rather than a ticket queue.
One statement, your references
Every shoot in the period on one document, in one currency, with your booking reference on each line. Thirty days, nothing upfront, no minimum volume.
