The moment, captured · Lisbon
A 60-minute Proposal photoshoot in Lisbon costs €129 and includes 20 edited photographs, delivered within 48 hours.
Your proposal, photographed
Hidden, meet us first, or portraits straight afterwards — you choose which when you book, and the price is the same either way. Lisbon suits all three. The miradouros above Alfama give you terracotta rooftops and the Tagus behind you, and they are busy enough that nobody notices one more person with a camera. Praça do Comércio gives you the grand square and the arch. Belém is the quietest, and best early.

Useful details
A 60-minute Proposal photoshoot in Lisbon costs €129 and includes 20 edited photographs. Published packages range from €129 to €179.
Almost never, if you choose the hidden version. The Alfama viewpoints are public terraces busy with visitors all day, and your photographer works from distance with a long lens, dressed like everyone else there. They do not approach, wave or make eye contact until you give the agreed signal.
Not at all — there are three ways to do it and the hidden version is only the most popular one. One: we stay hidden. Your photographer is in position before you arrive and you never acknowledge them until after the yes. Two: you meet us first. We start what looks like an ordinary couples shoot, and partway through you propose on a signal you have agreed with the photographer — she is relaxed and already being photographed, which often makes the better pictures. Three: straight after. You propose privately with nobody else there, then meet your photographer for portraits as a newly engaged couple. Same price, same packages. Tell us which you want when you book.
Miradouro de Santa Luzia and Miradouro das Portas do Sol, both in Alfama, looking out over the rooftops to the river. Praça do Comércio works if you want the grand square and the arch. Belém, by the tower and the water, is the quietest of the three and good early in the morning.
You tell us where you intend to propose, roughly when, and which of the three approaches you want. We agree a meeting point, a signal, and a fallback in case the moment moves. Your photographer confirms by message when they are in position. After the yes, they step in. If the proposal does not happen that day for any reason, we reschedule rather than charge you.
Tell us and we move it. Proposals change plan more often than any other shoot we do and we expect it. As long as we know before the photographer travels, there is no charge for changing the spot or the time.
Lisbon rain tends to pass quickly, so most proposals simply shift by half an hour. If the weather settles in, your photographer will suggest an alternative under cover or move you to another day at no cost.
Silver is 60 minutes and 20 edited photographs, delivered within 24 hours. Gold is 60 minutes and 50 photographs, also within 24 hours, and is the one most people book. Platinum is 60 minutes, 50 photographs and a 30-second edited film — delivered the same day. All three are shot by the same photographers in the same places.
Silver and Gold arrive within 24 hours. Platinum is delivered the same day — usually within a few hours of the shoot, so you can send it to family the evening it happens. Everything comes in a private online gallery you download at full resolution, and nothing is ever posted publicly without your say-so.
In many cities yes, and we are confirming Lisbon now. Ask us when you book and we will tell you exactly what is possible and what it costs before you commit to anything.
Rarely, and often they help — a yellow tram passing behind you is one of the most recognisably Lisbon things a photograph can have. Your photographer knows the timetable at each spot and will position you so the background works for you rather than against you.
