Family, couple and romantic photoshoots on the Grand Canal

The Grand Canal session is shot along the water — the Rialto bridge, the palazzi on both banks, and the gondolas and vaporetti moving between them. Your photographer works the bridges, the fondamente and the small campi that open onto the water. Early morning gives flat water, reflections and delivery boats rather than crowds. The light runs down the canal rather than across it, which is what makes the reflections work. Winter fog turns the whole thing monochrome.
